We operate a 14 day return policy. Unless the fault is at our end all cost of returns will be with you.
If you are returning a product they should return to us in the same condition that it was sent. Any damage to the item, packaging or labels will void any right of return.
Until we receive the item it is still your responsibility so we would recommend using recorded delivery.
Non EU returns must be clearly marked as Exchanges or Refund on customs form.
Any exchange of item will be subject to availability. If we cannot fulfil your request a refund for the item will be issued.
Certain items will not be eligible for refunds and will be clearly noted on the item page.
Products that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty & will not be refunded or exchanged.
